Floral Designer ( 1 Year Exp. Required )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements both fresh and silk for various occasions. Your artistic skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements both fresh and silk for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Select flowers, foliage, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Arrange flowers in aesthetically pleasing designs, considering color combinations, textures, and shapes
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain floral supplies and ensure freshness of flowers
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new design ideas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer a must.
- Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and trends
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing arrangements
- Multilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail sales principles to effectively promote products
- Basic knowledge of flowers and the floral industry

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
