Our company Floor Installers Co. is hiring for FULLTIME installers!
We provide work across the Phoenix Valley at a starting pay rate at $25 an hour (with increase based on skills). We offer salary pay and subcontractor pay!
If your looking for fulltime position we have you covered with FULL benefits after 90 days. Immediate workman's comp and general liability coverage on all jobs and the potential to drive a company truck if needed. Subcontractors will only have general liability and workman's comp coverage on the job.
We are very simple and looking for the best of the best to represent us!
Pay is on a weekly basis so your first week will be paid out the second week , and so on checks will follow every Friday as long as invoices are sent in and hours are accounted ACCURATLEY.
We mostly will have jobs of luxury vinyl planks/ glue down lvp / glue down carpet tile / floating hardwood .
The occasional glue down wood floor.
NO carpet or tile.
Responsibilities
- Arriving and completing the job on the Invoice sent to you.
- Managing your hours through our HOMEBASE clock in app.
- Sending a picture of the completed job to our email along with an invoice of the completed job.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 15+ years experience in flooring.
- Own tools to perform the jobs.
- Vehicle to get to and from the office/jobs.
