Flooring Installation Project Manager

Job Description:
As our Flooring Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire installation process, from ordering materials to ensuring successful project completion. You'll lead a team of sales representatives, driving sales and ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take key information gathered from quote appointments and effectively order materials from our vendors and distributors.
• Schedule an installation team for the project and oversee the execution to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate directly with customers to inform them of what to expect during the installation process and address any concerns they may have.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Earn commission on every project sold by your team, with the potential to significantly boost your income.
• Utilize our CRM and other digital systems to maintain accurate installation schedules and track project progress.
• Collaborate with our sales team to assist in closing unsold quotes and providing technical expertise. You'll be a key player in finalizing deals, stepping in to offer your expertise when needed, but not serving as the primary salesperson.
• Regularly visit project sites to oversee progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure that installations are proceeding smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing various types of flooring, including laminate, tile, LVP, and hardwood.
• Proven track record of successfully managing flooring projects and leading installation teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in using CRM and other digital tools for project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, with the opportunity to earn a significant income based on project sales. The specific details of the compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.

1099/independent contractor position within our company.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
