Salary```Duties``` - Perform floor maintenance duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and buffing floors. - Utilize appropriate equipment and chemicals for floor care. - Inspect and maintain all floor surfaces to ensure cleanliness and safety. - Handle carpet cleaning tasks as needed. - Follow established procedures for commercial cleaning and environmental services. - Assist with custodial duties as required. ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role. - Knowledge of various floor surfaces and appropriate cleaning methods. - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners. - Understanding of safety procedures when handling chemicals. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.91 per hour
