Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet and brick flooring
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner
- Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
- Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate
- Always observe safety precautions, use "wet floor" safety signs
- Use appropriate Protective Equipment
- Ability to work without normal supervision
- Report safety hazards when identified
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Minimum of (2) years' experience and Supervisory experience
- MUSTknow how to Strip, Refinish and Burnish Hard Floors
- Spot Cleaning & Shampooing carpets
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work assigned hours: Monday to Friday 11PM - 7AM
- Federal (FBI) and Company Background Check Required
