Floor Supervisor

You will start off learning basic associate duties (register, folding, daily tasks, etc) and then be moved upwards as proficiency is shown.

```Duties```
As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floor and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and managing employees
- Assigning tasks and daily duties
- Checking stock and inventory on sales floor
- Ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced
-Communicating when items are low on stock
- Training new employees on register and procedures
- Monitoring and posting social media drafts on time
-Managing lunch breaks
-Keep sales floor running smoothly
-Finishing your own tasks, and making sure employees finish theirs
-Opening/Closing store, money management, point of sale

You will be balancing both daily tasks, and a wide range of other tasks that depend upon what shipments come in, what items need to be made, what staff we have that day, etc.- Flexibility, focus, and time management are very important. Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
