Floor Coating Installer (Part Time To Full Time)

Enjoy working with a small team coating garage, basement, restaurant and other light industrial floors. This Southeast Wisconsin family owned company is the first to introduce Lifetime Green Coatings, a national franchise that manufactures the only all natural non-toxic Floor Coating that is not epoxy or poly based.

With a partner, each day you'll go to job sites, prepare the surface for coating, apply a base coat and color flakes and once cured return to apply top coats. The position is for accountable self-starters that enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environments.

This position will start as Part Time. As business increases and the employee proves themselves a valuable asset to the team, the goal is to move toward a Full Time position. Experience in the Floor Coating industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Being accountable to a strict schedule that includes mostly weekdays with an occasional weekend or evening job.
• Coming to work with a positive attitude and ready to seize the day.
• Professional and polite communication with customers
• Keep the team updated with progress of each job, especially when issues arise
• Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct
• Become proficient in the company's operating system and technology to enter notes, upload pictures, and close out work orders.
• Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, teammates and the customer
• Operate vehicle in accordance with laws and regulations
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching of teammates
• Floor coating experience using epoxy, poly-, or paint preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to utilize computer/tablet/phone internet browser and basic applications
• Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record and maintain in accordance with all laws
• Acceptable pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
