- Strip and Wax
- Construction cleanups
OTHER JOB DUTIES
- All other tasks as assigned by management.
- Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled
- Assisting with carpet extractions
- Assisting with Strip & Wax
- Assisting with scrubbing floors
- Assisting with Pressure washing
- Assisting with Window Cleaning
- Assisting with Detail Cleaning
- Dust all flat surfaces from top to bottom
- Clean all corners high and low and remove cobwebs and spider webs in corners or wherever found.
- Wipe clean all touchpoints (Light fixtures, handles, handrails, fixtures, etc)
- Scrub, clean, and disinfect restrooms and remove dust from vents and flat surfaces
- Secure and strap down all equipment in vehicles
- Close and secure gas containers with straps (Do not leave the spout facing out)
- Clean, rinse, and wipe down all equipment after each use
- Inspect your work when completed.
- Take completion/correction photos of all areas
Bilingual English and Spanish skills required
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
