Hourly position. Paid every two weeks.

PRIMARILY MONDAY FRIDAY EARLY EVENING SHIFTS THAT FINISH BETWEEN 11:00 PM & 12:00 PM. Some intermittent projects are completed on dayshifts and on weekend days, with notice.

As a Floor Care Tech, you will be supporting our year-round specialty Floor Care work that takes place at Fairchild Air Force Base.

Management and Supervision will direct the work to be performed in the following areas:

• Carpet extractions truck mount experience is preferred, but can be trained.
• Tile and other hard floor restoration experience in scrubbing, stripping, recoating, and buffing is preferred and necessary, but some training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Restroom floor scrubbing floor machines and hand work as needed.
• Diligence in proper equipment safety protocols, care and use.

Must be willing to:

• Adhere to Skils'kin quality expectations and directives in all areas

• Take direction and guidance in continued learning of skills important to the work at hand.
• Assist with other custodial work should the need arise.
• Show respect and empathy for others.

Also necessary:

• Must successfully pass Skils'kin's pre-employment background check.
• Fairchild Air Force Base Contractor's Badge must pass separate clearance check.
• Required to pass a Federal background check for access to certain facilities we service.
• Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license with safe driving record.
