Customer Service Representatives drive Customer Service excellence by building customer relationships, exuding professionalism, and assisting on the new accounts team. CSR's role model of accuracy, organization and attention-to-detail for the new account team and teller staff.
Floating CSR's are paid a premium rate and mileage, to travel between our Central Region Offices - Downtown Waukesha, E. Main St. and W. Sunset Dr.
