Floating Apartment Maintenance Specialist

This position is supporting properties in the Denver region (Lakewood, CO & Greenwood Village, CO) and requires daily travel throughout the region. . This person will travel within the region to assigned sites where we have needs for maintenance support. The location assignments are given in advance, and the length of time at that assignment can be for a day or up to a couple of weeks depending on the need. This role is eligible for mileage reimbursement and paid travel time, depending on the distance traveled. This unique role within our team does not require on-call availability!
We provide excellent training to help you learn new skills and further develop your current strengths. By visiting multiple properties, you'll get to build relationships across our portfolio and be ready for promotional opportunities.
Qualifications
Must haves:

• Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance

Great to haves:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $20 - $24 / plus quarterly bonuses.
