Hours/Shifts:
- Our openings include full-time, part-time, PRN for all shifts
- 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
- Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects care administered.
- Wears proper PPE when necessary.
- Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely.
- Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change.
- Investigative resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring it to resolution.
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participate in facility surveys as scheduled.
- Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program (RN or LPN) and licensed in MO
- 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
