Flight/Ground paramedic

Job Description:
Seeking experienced paramedic for both ground and flight EMS service in rural Alaska. May have EMT III if only ground transport.
Ground service will be for BLS/ACLS response of community needs within city boundaries and transport of patients to and from airport and hospital for flight transport.
Air ambulance serves 15 bush communities in western Alaska within 20 to 45 minutes from Nome in fixed wing transport. Includes transport to Anchorage for higher level of care as needed.
Job requirements include village transportation via small ATV, snow machine, and other off road vehicles possibly in extreme weather conditions. Travel in small aircraft either fixed wing and possibly rotor.
Must have experience in emergency airway management and trauma care.
COVID and Flu vaccine required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS required.
