Flight Support Concierge
Propeller Aero Services, a new subsidiary of Propeller Airports is looking to hire self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals for immediate openings in the role of Flight Support Concierge (FSC) at the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) terminal at Paine Field. The Flight Support Concierge position requires an individual who understands the value of excellent customer service and the ancillary services that are provided by Propeller Aero Services to our customers. The Flight Support Concierge will report to the Concierge Manager and will work with the complete management/supervisory team to ensure prompt responses to our customer's inquiries and requests, and to immediately notify the proper manager/supervisor in the event of any issues or concerns. As a Flight Support Concierge you will primarily be working inside the Executive Terminal but will also be trained to help outside on the Aircraft Parking Ramp. As an FSC, This individual must take pride in offering the best in service, providing all services with the highest of standards, and always with a smile. As front of the house, the FSC manages all customer requests without showing signs of stress or frustration, even under the most demanding of situations. In this position, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions and coordinating communications between pilots and employees and as the main point of contact for service requests. This individual must take pride in offering the best in service, providing all services with the highest of standards and always with a smile to all clients at Propeller Aero Services. Please be available and flexible to work early, late and weekend shifts.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provides new and existing customers with the highest standards of service.
inquiries, service requests and or suggestions in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
- Meeting, greeting, and welcoming the passengers and flight crews of customer aircraft that arrive on the aircraft parking ramp
- Arrange services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation.
- Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs
- Assists crew members with arrangements for hotels, ground transportation, catering, linens, and other vendor service requirements
- Complies with all relevant airport and Propeller Aero Services policies, regulations, and laws
- Communicates with aircraft using proper aviation phraseology via aviation band radio to coordinate arrival times and service needs
- Processes fuel, services, and supply sales transactions.
- Perform shift closeouts and balances
- Performs other related duties as directed
- Assist with improving Best Practices to provide Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to multi-task with the attention to accuracy and detail is essential
- Build and establish customer relationships with local service providers such as hotels, rental car companies, restaurants, etc.
- Maintain lobby appearance and keep snack and beverages stocked.
- Flight tracking via online databases to ensure timely services
- Ability to work various shifts including, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to make fast decisions by using judgment consistent with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous FBO experience a plus
- Must possess and maintain a professional appearance
- Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
