We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Dispatcher to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
```Duties```
-Greet pilots and potential new customers at front desk
-Handle incoming phone calls and answer questions about school’s programs
- Schedule flights with customers and instructors via phone and/or online computer scheduling
- Check-in and invoice customers
- Perform admin assistant duties for management
- Communicate by radio with aircraft and fueling personnel
- Handle and coordinate all customer requests in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
```Requirements```
-Knowledge of basic computer operations and programs
-Must have good written and pleasant oral communication skills
-Ability to absorb, retain, and apply information quickly
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to successfully multitask
-Exceptional customer service/relationship skills with an emphasis on enthusiasm and outgoing personality
-Skills in handling customer's problems and situations in a win/win manner are a must
-Aviation terminology knowledge is strongly preferred
