General Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and scheduling the use of corporate aircraft, charter aircraft and associated reservations. Coordinates aircraft schedules according to crew availability, mechanical requirements and customer requests. Works with the Aviation Maintenance Manager to schedule aircraft for maintenance inspections. This individual also maintains records and chargebacks for corporate aviation operations, and routinely interfaces with senior management, department staff and external customers.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists customers in effectively utilizing corporate aircraft.
- Arranges ground transportation for senior executives
- Coordinates trips, schedules and itineraries.
- Assists in scheduling maintenance inspections
- Responsible for weekly crew assignments according to availability
- Training schedules
- PTO
- Weekend standby duty
- Schedules PTO for aviation staff
- Attends Flight Safety on a periodic schedule for recurrent training
- Attends manufacture/vendor conferences to assure industry standards
- Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures manual for scheduling
- Prepares chargeback reports for accounting and IRS tax purposes
- Prepares aircraft usage reports for senior management
- Coordinates charter services
- May perform other duties as assigned.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$45,600.00-$82,100.00Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Plans.
