Responsibilities:

• Enssure the safty of the child and try to create stimulating and engaging environment for children in their homes.( we provide video/on line training if you neededed)Sometimes parents are even at home but like to work behind a closed door and just needed an extra help to watch their child or children .

• Implement established routines and schedules as provided by parents or guardians.

• Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

• Arrive on time and just show up to the schedule that you have commited

Qualifications:

• Beig over 18 years old .

• Hold US social security ( No Cash Pay Please )

• Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or related roles is preferred but not required.

• Passion for working with children or being around them . You can choose the age range of children you like to babysit.

• Have a clean background

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Completion of CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it by taking 30 min online class)..

• Successful completion of a thorough background check that we do it all online .

• Pass the interview

• Being able to read address and time info which is written in English

• Very basic knowledge of using phone and being able to send out and check emails
