Flex Security Officers - $17 - $18/Hr

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the downtown Nashville, TN area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17 - $18/hr - with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
• TN Security License preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Candidates with a clean driving record are a plus

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Train and work 2-3 different locations in the downtown area
• Ensure the security of the area
• Ensure the rules and regulations are followed
• Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.)
• Checking in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control
• Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment
• Other duties as assigned by management

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
