Flex Associate

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product , and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has excellent communication skills.

• Duties:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their Account & Delivery needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a professional and friendly manner

• Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
