Fleet Washer

Fleet Solutions is hiring a reliable, experienced pressure washer to join our team. Reporting to our crew leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning heavy duty trucks, trailers and heavy equipement. Previous experience is not required.

A valid driver’s license, an eye for detail, and the ability to work outdoors in any weather is required.

Job responsibilities:

● Drive the company vehicle to the job site

● Load and unload equipment from work vehicles

● Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., trucks, trailers, equipment, concrete pads, parking lots)

● Apply degreaser safely as needed

● Check equipment for good working order and water supply

● Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning

● Review completed work before leaving job site.

● Pack hoses and equipment back onto wash rig for proper storage

● Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and client property

● Perform basic repairs as needed to finish the job such as repairing hoses, replacing injectors, replacing fuses, oil changes on machines.

● Report truck numbers to manager and any address any areas of concern or need.

Qualifications and skills:

● High school diploma or GED

● Experience working outside or doing manual labor.

● Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

● Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and complete standing work in all weather

● Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

● Friendly, professional, and respectful to clients

● Can work independently and as part of a team environment

● Can communicate well with customers and team members

● Experience using scheduling apps or routing apps preferred (training can be provided)

Working hours: 5 days a week, schedule does vary based on weather and clients needs.

● Mon–Fri 2pm-11pm

● Weekends mandatory. 9am-9pm

Compensation:

● $25-28$/hour (based on performance)

● Performance bonus opportunities

This position will require a background check upon hire.

Schedule:

Schedule varies based on the individual needs of clients and the current weather. Employees are only scheduled 5 days per week.

Monday- Friday shifts start no earlier than 2pm and typically end by 11pm.

Weekends are required Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm
