- Pick up and deliver parts; drive a variety of fleet vehicles including utility trucks, forklifts, and automobiles.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and locating nonstock parts; maintain and record monthly inventory.
- Assist with verifying orders and invoices; assist at the parts counter.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fleet maintenance facility, including vehicles, tools, equipment, work areas and parking areas; dispose of scrap metal, filters, tires, and batteries.
- Perform preventative and other unskilled maintenance support to the fleet workgroup including fluid checks, lights, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; inspect the onsite CNG and diesel fueling station.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehicles using computer-based tracking systems.
- One (1) year experience in an automotive shop/parts environment or related experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Commercial driver's license within 1 year of hire.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within 1 year of hire.
