GENERAL SUMMARY
The Fleet Support Service Manager is responsible for monitoring the management of multiple aircraft fleets, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections, to ensure optimal utilization, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborates with individual fleet directors of maintenance to develop comprehensive maintenance schedules, ensuring that all aircraft are properly maintained and available for revenue flights. Identifies emerging fleet issues through consistent customer interactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate with external maintenance facilities and internal staff to expedite procurement and shipping of parts.
- Assist in troubleshooting system or component problems.
- Ensure DSU data is retrieved and stored at each aircraft maintenance visit.
- Monitor maintenance records, documenting all work performed and parts used for each aircraft.
- Monitor aircraft availability, deployment readiness, and operational efficiency to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development of maintenance programs to minimize aircraft downtime and maximize utilization.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to establish and refine maintenance procedures, focusing on efficiency, and quality.
- Provide support as needed outside normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required:
- A&P License or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated - ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to critically think through problems
Preferred:
- BS in Aviation Maintenance
- Experience with Corridor
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
- Project/Program Management experience
- Commercial aircraft operations experience (Part 121, 135, 91K)
- Eclipse EA500 maintenance experience

None – this is a single contributor role
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work may be performed in an office, warehouse or hangar environment with exposure to noise from aircraft and machinery. Light physical demands associated with an office work environment. May need to lift/move materials up to 50lbs. with or without assistance.

Minimal travel may be required
REPORTS TO: Director, Fleet Support
SCHEDULE: M-F / exempt position with a minimum work week of 40 hours
Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 / year
