Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

For nearly a century, Anderson Erickson Dairy has been providing delicious products to our customers. To ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in a safe and timely manner, we maintain alate model fleet of nearly two-hundred (200) day cab tractors and refrigerated trailers.

We have a terrific team of Mechanics that perform a vast array of maintenance on our fleet. Due to growth, expansion and restructuring we have an immediate hiring need for a dynamic, professional and highly organized Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. This ideal leader will possess the following attributes, skills and experience:

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Average to above average knowledge of tractors and trailers.

· Three (3) plus years of Supervisory experience in a mechanic shop- would consider candidates without tractor and trailer environment but have worked in an automotive or heavy equipment environment.

· Has the ability to assess, prioritize and direct workflow of mechanics.

· Familiarity with DOT standards.

· Average to above average knowledge of basic computer programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and “Dossier” (or other comparable Fleet Maintenance computer programs).

· Experience processing driver work orders and administering purchase orders.

· Experience in a parts environment and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
