Fleet Maintenance Branch Manager
Fleetpro is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Branch Manager to join our team.
Fleetpro provides maintenance services for vehicle and equipment fleets. Currently, over 14,000 vehicles, operated by 300 fleet customers utilize Fleetpro’s services within the Mid Atlantic area.
Fleetpro’s customers include private as well as municipal, local, state and federal government fleets, ranging in size from 10 to 4000 units.

- Fleetpro’s service contracts include: preventive maintenance, inspection services, full maintenance/turn key services i.e. fueling, washing, PMI maintenance audits which cover, fleet vehicles, vehicle records, repair facilities and staffing.
As a Fleet Maintenance Branch Manager, you will blend technical and management skills to lead, develop and train others in providing superior service. You’ll be on the move, interacting with your team and customers to provide the best services for their vehicle’s needs while building loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operations of the branch including executing standard operating procedures, ensuring daily operational standards are met, and implementing production, productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Controls purchases and inventory by reviewing and evaluating usage reports, inventory reports, analyzing variances, and maintaining vendor accuracy.
- Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center
- Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
- Thorough involvement in the business by reviewing demand, conferring with people in the community, involvement in community engagement activities, identifying and evaluating competitors, preparing marketing suggestions, and developing timely reporting.
- Accomplishes people objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provides superior leadership for the team through quality training, clear direction, guidance, organization, listening skills, high standards, and responsiveness.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation procedures, complying with health regulations, and maintaining security systems.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 2 - 5 years’ management experience (automotive/fleet management and maintenance experience in a transportation environment is highly desirable)
- People-driven leadership style.
- Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals.
- Understanding of financial data, forecasting, analyzing, and general accounting principles.
- Track record of managing inventory and cost controls.
- Results driven individual with demonstrated record of prior success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and employees.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- Have full mobility and are able to twist, stoop and bend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
