Spiffy offers mobile and fixed-site car washing, detailing, high-volume oil change, tire rotation, and other maintenance services to fleets, residences, and office parks from coast to coast. The company does all technology development, marketing, and sales in-house.
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a customer-friendly, energetic, motivated Fleet Account Manager to join our team. This position's primary responsibilities are to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with assigned Spiffy clients, consistent calling/emailing to gauge demand, facilitate scheduling requests, and to route technicians to client business locations. Incumbent is responsible for checking technician progress and updating the clients on a continuous basis. This position will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
Location: This position is located at our corporate HQ in Raleigh/Durham, NC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage ticketing system for car sharing platform. Create, edit, assign work for technicians;
- Dispatch, and manage logistics and routing for technicians;
- Track technician's hours and movements throughout the day;
- Call/Email/Meet with various clients to assist in meeting their needs and address any issues that arise;
- Update clients throughout the day on technician movements;
- Respond to client emails and service requests;
- Field inbound calls and text messages from clients and technicians;
- Update dispatch schedule with client requests and create a daily dispatch schedule;
- Create productivity reports for managers;
- Assist other markets and Account Managers as needed;
- Other administrative duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Customer service experience, internal or external preferred;
- Must be efficient at using a computer, smartphone, and MS Office products;
- Read, write and speak English;
- Microsoft Excel and Google Docs proficiency preferred
