Pay: $18 - $20 per hour plus $1 premium for Flagship premium
Travel required to stores within a defined territory - travel/mileage reimbursement eligible

As a Flagship Assistant Store Manager, you are actively coached and trained to become a Store Manager through our Store Manager in Training program. This position serves as the "go-to" person to cover other Store Managers as needed. They are also the key back-up for the Flagship Store Manager.
