We are currently seeking a CIPP Leadman with supervisory and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) experience, as well as a valid CDL license to join our team. As a CIPP Leadman, you will be responsible for performing and leading training as well as directing the activities of the crew in the installation and repair of pipe rehab products. You’ll have the opportunity to provide leadership and supervision at project sites, ensuring compliance with policies and working rules.

Compensation

  • $23/hr (Avg $90,000/year)

Responsibilities

  • Help measure/pre-work CCTV, order, unload, set up for, invert, install, cure, cut, finish, and post-work CCTV for CIPP
  • Nimble, able to get in and out of manholes easily.
  • Help choose, schedule, and operate equipment for CIPP
  • Help plan, schedule, order, and perform MOT as necessary
  • Drive, haul equipment and keep/maintain company truck.
  • Communicate about schedule with Superintendent and Crew.
  • Monitor weather on your job and update PM
  • Monitor progress and report it to PM
  • Come up with solutions to improve/enhance progress
  • Discuss those ideas with other Crew Members and implement them together
  • Treat the Crew with the respect and acclimate/ assimilate/fit into our “Knights of the Round Table” culture and philosophy
  • Learn unique project specifications and relay them to the Crew
  • Represent the company and its values and principles in your interactions with Crew and Customer
  • Haul equipment and payload as necessary

Requirements

  • We require that applicants have installed at least 50,000 LF of CIPP. We perform stormwater/drainage pipe rehab almost exclusively, as <1% of our work is sanitary work.
  • Previous experience installing CIPP larger than 36” in diameter.
  • At least one year experience as CIPP leadman.
  • At least hold CDL-B License
  • Confined Space Certification (Required)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven experience as a foreman and/ or superintendent.
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
  • Understanding of pipelining rehabilitation industry.
  • Comfortable working long hours and in tight spaces.

Schedule

  • 10 on, 4 off (Tuesday – following Thursday, long weekend Friday – Monday)
  • Guaranteed Hours
  • Guaranteed busy 50 weeks per year
