Five Lakes Coffee is looking for full & part time - Baristas at our Sturgis location.

If you're a motivated, dependable, self-starter with a desire to work in a coffee shop, have a passion for providing customer service, then we may be just the team you’re looking to join!

Barista and cashier experience are major pluses but we are excited to train! Looking for full or part time applicants with flexible schedules and availability to support weekends as needed.

A great candidate is someone who can take and remember orders, has high energy, fun to be around, and can assist as a team player with all day-to-day operations of running the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sets up and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies.

Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions.

Interacts with customers and resolves concerns in a friendly and service oriented manner.

Serves customer orders quickly, in proper portions, and with customer first focus.

Relays relevant comments & concerns from customers directly to supervisors.

Consistently exhibits the ability to keep up with fast paced environment and does so calmly, accurately and efficiently.

Pay & Benefits:

Willing to negotiate based on experience. Free shift drinks, all the free coffee you can drink, and 40% off all apparel & products in the store. Matching 401K after 90 days eligibility for 21 and over.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.33 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
