StretchLab is currently seeking high energy, passion-filled and sales experienced individuals that are fitness-minded and love helping people and share the StretchLab message Park Ridge and the surrounding communities. This is a Part-Time position 20-25 hours weekly, combination of open & closing shifts.

Position:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by following up with digital leads and booking them into Intro Sessions. The role also assists with retaining current members with a top of the line member experience. Community outreach and grass roots marketing to grow brand awareness with pop ups and local events. Schedule flexibility very important and includes working a Saturday, mornings & some evenings!
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Studio Manager with the running the day to day operations of the studios
• Assist Studio Manager with sales process of lead generation, follow up thru phone call & texting, membership sales presentation & close. Good phone skills a must.
• Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions. Assess first time appointments.
• Social Media Studio marketing, Email marketing, out of studio promotional events to grow the StretchLab Brand
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio and assist with check and rebooking
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain an acceptable level of membership sales production & sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members
• Book quality appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Key Holder, ensure the studio is open in the AM or closed in the PM.
• Studio upkeep & light cleaning

Requirements:

• Excellent membership sales, in person & phone communication, customer service skills required, fitness or health & wellness sales experience required
• Social Media & Canva Savy
• Goal-oriented with an ability to close membership sales for our service of one-on-one assisted stretch
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 4-6 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
