Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of F45 Training Coburg Road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of trainers and support staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Member Engagement:
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member experience.
• Implement strategies to retain and grow membership.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and studio cleanliness.
• Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures.
• Marketing and Sales:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Training and Development:
• Provide ongoing training and development for fitness trainers.
• Ensure staff certifications and qualifications are up to date.

Qualifications:

• Fitness Industry Experience:
• Proven experience in fitness management or a related role.
• Knowledge of group fitness programs and trends.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Customer Focus:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
• Organizational Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Sales and Marketing Acumen:
• Experience in sales and marketing within the fitness industry.
• Proven ability to drive membership growth.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.00 - $30.00/hour.
