As a Fitness Specialist you will:
- Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.
- Develop and lead a variety of small group training and group fitness classes.
- Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
- We are locally owned and operated. Our founders have been leaders in the fitness industry for more than 30 years and believe strongly in developing and supporting staff at all levels.
- We have a strong track record of success. We have managed and designed over 75 fitness centers catering to the general public, large and small companies, hospitals, colleges and universities.
- Our fitness and wellness programs are the most comprehensive in the industry. Our group fitness classes, personal training and small group training programs are the best the industry has to offer.
- An enthusiasm and passion for fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
- A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
- A hospitable and positive attitude.
- 1-3 years’ experience (preferred) in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Customer Service
- BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred)

- Pay: $45,000-$48,000
- Parking included
- Shifts are 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm Monday – Friday, NO Weekends
