Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

You are at the top of your game in membership sales and management, and you should have the background and experience to prove it.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find hire, train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands how to sell fitness.
- Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
- Must be proficient in selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes
- Ensure that you can communicate studio concepts
- Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
- Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
- Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
- Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
- Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through the voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
- Eager to continue to learn about skill development.
- Be timely well dressed and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Sales is encouraged but not required
- Work a minimum of 45 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends when necessary
- Experience working with others and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
- Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
