Fitness Sales Consultant

HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories! Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, HOT Pilates, to HOT Cycle and more.

Fitness Sales Consultant's Mission: To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members, including other duties as assigned.

Studio staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, Closed Sundays. Approximately 12-28 hours per week unless otherwise noted by management (4 HOUR - 8 HOUR SHIFTS)

Base wage + bonuses and commission which should be substantial and are based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous membership sales experience
• Superior customer service and a passion for changing lives and promoting a healthier community
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for fitness and health
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft and comfortable learning new systems
• Need an understanding of all Social Platforms, as you may be required to post as needed
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding membership goals
• Utilize all HOTWORX®® marketing tools simultaneously and consistently to maximize traffic. Personal Minimum Prospecting

Requirements are as follows:

• Generate a minimum of 5 new guests per month through the guest pass program
• Enroll a minimum of 10 new Members each month
• Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts
• Assisting guests/members in selecting the best membership to meet their goals
• Assist members during their visits by greeting them, answering questions, and providing instruction when needed
• Prospect and promote the HOTWORX brand through community outreach at local events to sell new memberships and brand awareness
• Sell retail products to members
• Maintain studio equipment and equipment cleanliness at all times
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned (Full job description and duties will be reviewed during an interview)

The candidate will be paid commissions on membership and retail sales
