This is an employee position - NOT AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
If not currently certified must be willing to obtain certification.
There is a base hourly rate plus session pay plus commission.
Trainer will BUILD book.

Afternoon availability from 2pm-7pm and/or mornings from 9am-12pm is preferred. Days and times can be flexible, and a combo of both is preferred. Position will begin as part time and build to full time as book fills.

Anytime Fitness Washington has an immediate opening for a part-time personal/ team trainer and training salesperson. A valid training certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent, or a degree in Exercise Science or a related field, plus a current CPR/AED certification is required, as well as being comfortable with sales.

Your hours will be flexible for you. The more flexible your schedule, the more you can accommodate our clients' schedules, therefore your hours will increase. You must have either morning, or 3 p.m. and later, availability. You’ll lead 1:1 training sessions, small group sessions, and also conduct member Fitness Consultations.

Helping our members by offering them the right personal or team training packages leads to more hours for you--the number of hours you work and what you make is ultimately up to you.

If you're uncomfortable with sales, this is not the position for you--you'll be presenting and selling training packages.

We all do a little bit of everything in addition to our main job responsibilities - including member and lead follow ups, cleaning, answering the phone, and providing a great environment for our members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
