Qualified personal trainers, group Fitness Coaches, and fitness sales associates will deliver to our member community a high level of customer service and a high-energy, heart rate-based, and technology-tracked workout. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles Personal training and/or group fitness certifications from nationally accredited sources such as; ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, or NFPT (Highly Preferable but not mandatory upon hire) OR, a four-year degree in a health/fitness science major such as Exercise Science or Kinesiology. Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Project confidence and energy on a microphone Ability and willingness to participate in membership sales process Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed Group fitness experience and/or personal training Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60 Lbs WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
