Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of technology products and the ability to explain their features and benefits
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in English, is a plus
