POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction and supervision of the Member Services Supervisor, the Gate Attendant welcomes members and participants into the facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 14 years old and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer data entry skills required.
  • Communication skills required, including ability to greet guests, answer telephone calls and answer questions/communicate YMCA programs and activities to guests.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain certifications in Child Abuse Prevention, Safety and Risk Management, and New Employee Orientation.
