Responsibilities
- Configure and Implement Fiserv DNA Core Processing Functionality and DNA's core Loan Products with the client's product specifications.
- Configure and implement Fiserv DNA Deposit products with client's product information.
- Manage/resolve service cases relating to the Lending/Deposit domains, prepare and escalate others to higher levels within the team.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions to issues in the Lending/Deposit domains.
- Assist the client with redefining the Loan Servicing processes and procedures.
- Assist with set-up and management of processing functionality for loan applications.
- Write and Execute SQL scripts to index information from core databases or to update database fields.
- Assist the client in testing applicable custom code in the Lending/Deposit domain.
- Provide support to other Implementation Consultant roles as needed.
- Assist the client in defining and setting proper system settings and parameters for Loan and Deposit products.
- Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite.
- Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion.
- Conduct support and training sessions with converting clients.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of Core Fiserv DNA processing system experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in the Financial Services industry or other Core implementation experience.
- Analytical thinking and highly motivated to execute deliverables on time.
- Experience in MS Office tools.
- Client-facing experience with internal/external clients.
- Flexibility to work after hours/on-call on a needed basis.
- Experience executing on deliverables on time and troubleshooting issues using analytical skills.
- Experience with SQL.
- Subject Matter Expertise in some of the following: Statement and Notice Suppression, Deposit Back Office Processing, Deposit Operations, Relational Pricing/Service Fees, Retail Deposit Processing, Consumer/Commercial/Retirement Deposit Product, Retirement Processing, Consumer Deposit Processing, Commercial Deposit Processing.
- Prior conversion experience.
- API - Troubleshooting Analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
