FISCAL SYSTEMS ANALYST

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE BARGAINING UNIT POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a FISCAL SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number T5128P01 and is part of the Montana Army National Guard, G8. (Position Description can be obtained from HRO.)
Selected candidates will NOT be required to be a member of the Montana Army National Guard.

Must possess experience, education or training which provided skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material; skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; ability to prepare reports and presentation formats.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
1 year specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least GS-07 grade level that provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures that include:

• Skill in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately;
• Ability to clearly enunciate English without impediment of speech that would interfere or prohibit effective communication;
• Ability to write English in reports and presentation formats;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
• Skill in presenting formal training presentations and briefings; and,
• Skill in applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material.

OR
EDUCATION IN LIEU OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
Degree must be in one of or be a combination of the following disciplines:
Accounting, business, finance, economics, math, statistics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.

OR
COMBINATION OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Must possess a combination of Specialized Experience & Education equal to 100% of the requirements.Education:IF USING EDUCATION IN LIEU OF SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
