Position Overview:
We are currently looking to add a Part-Time Cleaner to our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the assigned location to ensure it is meeting United Commercial Services standards. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am-3pm (Part-Time) with a pay rate of $15 on a WEEKLY PAY schedule.
Essential Functions:
- Vacuum, sweep, mop designated areas.
- Use proper equipment and chemicals for general and detail cleaning.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- General cleaning of designated work area and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Communicate with supervisor/manager when cleaning supplies are running low.
- Notify supervisors/managers of any major repairs that need to be completed on existing equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Legally permitted to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance, repairs or other cleaning duties.
- Able to work individually or with a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
