First Impressions Coordinator

The Opportunity

Precious Plate is hiring a First Impressions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first person that staff, clients, and visitors see as they enter our office, so it is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will also complete receptionist tasks, such as answering phones, preparing outgoing mail while also providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm, reporting to Human Resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and other visitors to our organization
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate party
• Assist with processing, scanning and filing paperwork for various departments
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintains the Reception area
• Supports Human Resources with coordinating interviews, internal postings / communication, maintaining / updating information and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Orders lunches and makes dinner/hotel reservations
• Makes travel arrangements for executives and assist with their calendars
• Supports company goals and objectives
• Follows all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• An understanding of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently

Working Conditions

• Majority of responsibilities will be performed in an office environment
• May be required to occasionally walk through the manufacturing environment

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
