Salary### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, sales skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess exceptional customer service abilities.
### Duties:
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- stock tables as needed
- unload and load storage container
- open and close tent
##Qualifications
-previous experience operating a fireworks tent is a preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Must not have a felony
- Knowledge of how to use Clover POS or other POS is preferred
-Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts Monday-Sunday for 2 weeks.
