Job Description
The responsibility of this position is to estimate and sell the Dayton division’s larger sprinkler repair, system modification, and system addition projects for our current customer base. You would be required to meet with the customer to understand the scope of the project, work with our sprinkler designer, provide a typed proposal, and follow up on the proposal. Once approved, you would be responsible for transitioning the job to the project manager and providing support/oversight as needed to ensure the job goes smoothly. Upon project completion, you will be responsible for following up to ensure the customers’ expectations were met.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Sprinkler, hydrant, backflow, and fire pump major repair / project experience (5 years or more)
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to lift heavy items periodically.
- Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Compensation
Compensation is expected to range between $75,000+ the first year with upside potential.
