Position Summary:

The FinishingRepair Associateposition uses techniques to repair fiberglass surfaces on our yachts. If you have an eye for quality and details, the Finishing Repair Associate position will be a great fit for you. The Finishing Repair Associate will be able to understand boat orders, change orders, and work instructions. Must be familiar with power tools, such as finish sanders and buffers. Individuals with experience in jobs, such as, auto body repair and auto detailing generally succeed in this role. Fiberglass/boat repair/detailing is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person and there will be ample room for growth and opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Once trained, the Finishing Repair Associate will work withminimal supervision and be able to perform daily responsibilities per specifications prescribed on the Tiara Yachts work instructions
• The Finishing Repair Associate must be able to read and understand units of measure
• Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time. This includes, but not limited to, standing, kneeling, lift to 15lbs, bending, using your hands, and working with various materials
• Must have basic computer knowledge and basic math skills
• When asked, The Finishing Repair Associate will assist with training team members to develop job knowledge, and improve performance
• The Finishing Repair Associate will communicate the current product, process or material constraints or issues to the team leader
• Maintain daily labor tracking records
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent required
