We are looking to invest in long term employees who are interested in a career in the printing industry. Our goal is to grow our entry level associates into other positions within the organization. 

Schedule: 

• 1st Shift (6am-2pm) and 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) available.
• 17.00 - 18.00 an hour based on experience
• 3rd shift receives an additional 1.25 an hour for shift differential. 

Incentives:

• Sign-On Payout Schedule: $500 at 90 days of continuous employment
• Retention Payout Schedule: $500 at 6m / $500 at 1y with continuous employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year + experience operating various mechanical machines in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to use simple Windows-based applications.
• Must be able regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Learn and perform entry level manufacturing tasks, while training to take on more advanced machine operating responsibilities. 
• Maintain a good attitude and be willing to learn
