We are excited to announce an opening for a talented Finish/Trim Carpenter. As a crucial member of our build team, you will play a key role in delivering the final, critical touches that define the quality and character of our projects. From high-end residential remodels to new constructions, your expertise in finish carpentry will help set the standard for excellence in our finished spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely install and finish carpentry elements such as crown molding, baseboards, door and window trims, and custom cabinetry.
• Collaborate closely with designers to understand and execute complex design plans with accuracy.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of finish in every project.
• Engage in problem-solving and provide creative solutions for custom design elements.
• Uphold a customer-centric attitude, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional craftsmanship.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential remodeling and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in installing intricate trim, custom cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every aspect of your work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
