Bethlehem Construction manufacturers precast/prestressed concrete panels at our Manufacturing facility in Cashmere, WA. The precast concrete is then shipped to our jobsites where the Construction Team completes the construction of the project.

As a Finish Carpenter with Bethlehem Construction, you will be expected to:

• Read blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects, and building code recommendations
• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
• Collaborate with other carpenters and supervisors to complete projects
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
• Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
• Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals

The successful candidate for the Finish Carpenter position, must be have a minimum of 5 years of Finish Carpentry experience. Must be dependable and able to lead a team. Finish Carpenter will be traveling to jobsite.

Applicant must first pass a physical, 100-pound lift test and drug screen.
