RESPOSIBILITIES ANDDUTIES:
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand project requirements.
- Frame wall, roof, stair and deck structures.
- Interior commercial doors, baseboards, and acoustical ceilings
- Install siding, trim, roofing, fascia and soffit.
- Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
- Operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Comply with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Performing carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years prior experience as carpenter (preferred)
- Knowledge of building code requirements
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Experience as lead carpenter
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all time
- Good physical condition and endurance
- Reliable Transportation

- Clean drug test
