JEWELRY SALES ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATION POSITION
Pacific Diamond Wedding Rings is a Family Locally Owned Company Located in Honolulu and Waimalu Plaza Looking to Expand Our Team!
We are Currently Searching for a Full-Time Long Term Jewelry Administration to Join Our Team!
**MORE THAN HALF OF OUR TEAM HAS BEEN HERE OVER 10 YEARS!
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Retail, Customer Service, and/or Sales Experience (but not required) *On the job paid training
- Has an enthusiastic, genuine and caring personality with integrity that enjoys interacting with customers, coworkers and vendors
- Quick learner and able to follow directions with the ability to work independently, as well as with a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to items listed below)
- Learn the basics of administrative work but is not limited to i.e. product knowledge, repairs, shipping, etc
- Perform open and closing procedures includes setting up and breaking down merchandise
- Take initiative to greet all customers when they walk in and out the door
- Assist customers and help them determine which products, service, or repairs they need by recommendation
- Follow up with customers jobs/sales
- Assist with internal projects (Writing up sales, inventory, restocking, cleaning, organization, shipping, lunch runs, etc)
- Be a Team Player with your fellow colleagues and contribute to a positive environment
