act as SME of the UBS Financial Wellness Program, which includes understanding the key components of the program, channel and engagement strategies, and the answers to all frequently asked questions
obtain a deep understanding of how UBS defines Financial Wellness and deliver this framework to various employee segments of corporate clients
seek to understand the needs of our Corporate Clients, Financial Advisors, Financial Coaches, and cross-functional home-office teams and work with them accordingly
use feedback to develop ways to grow and strengthen the business while managing the expectations based on what is best from an overall program delivery and P&L perspective
be a relationship manager for third parties connected with UBS Financial Wellness
drive core positioning and messaging including participant and client strategic priorities
support sales and FA teams as needed for larger or complex prospect opportunities and contracts
effectively multi-task, and deliver qualify results within fast-paced project deliverable deadlines
develop industry relationship, represent FW at industry conferences
listen to evolving business needs and adjust the strategy accordingly
